Survey the route

Measure the largest repeated joint or threshold, note slopes and transitions, and document debris, liquids and cleaning condition. Identify tight turns and areas where the cart must start under load.

Translate observations into wheel choices

Wheel diameter influences obstacle rollover. Tread compliance influences shock, noise, floor contact and deformation losses. Bearing and seal choices interact with contamination and cleaning exposure.

Validate worst conditions

Test maximum payload on the most demanding representative route. Include starts, turns, braking and repeated cycles, then inspect the wheels, mounts and floor.
